By accessing or using the services provided by Savage Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website, applications, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into these terms
• You have the authority to bind the entity you represent (if applicable)
• Your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Accessing or attempting to access systems or data without authorization
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Scraping, data mining, or harvesting information without consent
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Using the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by Savage Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our materials
• Using materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring materials to another person or mirroring on another server

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

Client Projects and Deliverables

For custom development projects:

• You own the final deliverables upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement
• We retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during the project
• We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing
• Open-source components used in projects remain subject to their original licenses

Fees and Billing

For our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as specified in project proposals or service agreements
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Promptly update payment information if it changes
• Pay all applicable taxes associated with your purchase

Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on projects
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in milestones
• Retainer services are billed monthly in advance
• Late payments may incur service fees or suspension of services

Rankings Guarantee (SEO Plans Only)

This guarantee applies exclusively to monthly SEO retainer plans (Digital Foundation, Growth Engine, Market Dominator). It does not apply to backlink exchange credits, local SEO add-ons, paid ads management, CRM services, custom development projects, or any other service. For qualifying SEO plans:

• If your tracked keyword rankings do not show measurable improvement within 90 days of active service, we will refund all payments made for that subscription in full
• The guarantee is available once per client
• To qualify, you must have completed onboarding, provided access to your website, Google Search Console, and analytics, and maintained an active subscription throughout the 90-day period
• "Measurable improvement" means at least one tracked target keyword showing a higher average position in the 90-day window compared to your baseline ranking at the time of onboarding
• Guarantee claims must be submitted to support@savagesolutions.io with your client portal login
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
• The guarantee does not apply if ranking declines are caused by Google algorithm penalties, manual actions, or changes you made to your website without notifying us

Other Refunds

Outside of the 30-day guarantee, refund policies vary by service type:

• Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Retainer services beyond the first month may be canceled with 30 days written notice
• Pre-paid maintenance packages are non-refundable but may be transferable
• Specific refund terms will be outlined in individual service agreements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Savage Solutions, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Damages from any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Damages from any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through our Services

Our total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the liability during the 12 months prior to the claim, or $1,000, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services, but we cannot guarantee that:

• The Services will be available at all times without interruption
• The Services will be error-free or that defects will be corrected
• The results from using the Services will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the software will be corrected

No Warranty

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party websites or resources
• Content, products, or services on or available from third-party sites
• Any damage or loss caused by your reliance on third-party content
• Issues arising from integrations with third-party platforms or APIs
