An AI agent that does a job: qualify, route, follow up
Savage Digital Solutions built Sarah as an internal agent for Candid Studios. It is not a chatbot demo and not a mascot. It qualifies inbound interest, routes the next step, and follows up so the sales team is not the first touch on every inquiry.
A private agent on a real intake path
Candid Studios takes a high volume of event inquiries. Someone has to read the form, decide if it is a fit, book a consult or pass it on, and follow up when the couple goes quiet. That is a job. We built an AI agent to do that job.
The agent also answers existing-client questions about project status and delivery timing, and it transfers anything that is not a routine update.
- Internal to Candid Studios. Not a public product.
- Concrete jobs: qualify, route, follow up.
- Wired into the tools the team already uses.
- Humans still close the work that needs a human.
Three tasks, not a personality
We do not sell "an AI." We sell hours back on the path from inquiry to booked job.
Qualify
Read the inbound inquiry. Event type, date, location, hours, budget. Decide whether it is a new job or an existing client, then write that up for the sales team.
Route
Hand the qualified inquiry to the next human. Book a discovery consult when that is the right step. Escalate refunds, angry callers, and legal questions instead of guessing.
Follow up
If someone inquired and did not book, the agent follows up with the context already on the record. The team is not starting from a blank inbox.
Before vs. after
Category of work only. No booking-rate or cost-per-call numbers on this page.
Calls and forms
The same job shows up on the phone and on the web form: read the inquiry, decide the next step, write it down, hand it off.
After hours still counts
Inquiries do not wait for business hours. The agent takes the first pass so a qualified lead is not sitting until morning.
