Referral Program Terms
These are the full rules for the Savage Digital Solutions referral program. The short version is on the referral program page. The same terms are part of our Terms of Service.

Monthly rewards last for the client's first 12 months from its first paid charge. Project caps apply to the whole project. Both levels together never exceed 20% of a client's eligible receipts.
How the Second Level Works
Anyone who joins the program with your link or code is a partner you invited. When that partner refers a paying client, they earn the Level 1 reward and you earn the Level 2 reward: $5 per paid SEO Foundation month or 3% of other monthly fees for the client's first 12 months, and 1% of project payments up to $500 per project.
Your Level 2 reward does not reduce their Level 1 reward, except where both are reduced proportionally to keep the total within the 20% cap. There are two levels only. Nothing is paid for recruiting alone: you earn only when a referred client pays. If a client has no second-level partner, that share is not paid to anyone else.
Payout Setup and Timing
To receive cash, connect your bank account through Stripe's onboarding in your partner account and complete a W-9. Please never put bank or tax details in a website contact form. Your partner account shows your referrals, earnings, holds and payments.
If bank verification is incomplete or a transfer fails, the balance stays pending until it is fixed. Your earnings are not lost.
- The 105-day hold starts at your referral's first paid charge. Free trial days do not count.
- Payouts run on the 15th of each month. The first possible payout is the first 15th on or after day 105.
- Each payment must have cleared at least 30 days earlier, and the service month or accepted project milestone it pays for must be complete.
- Where a 90-day ranking guarantee applies (Growth Engine and Market Dominator), payment also waits until 15 days after that guarantee window ends.
- An unresolved refund request, guarantee claim or chargeback holds the earnings it affects until it is resolved.
- The minimum payout is $50. Smaller balances carry forward to the next month.
Recommending Us
When you recommend Savage Digital Solutions, you must disclose that you may earn a commission, for example: “I may earn a commission if you buy through my referral.” Share an owner's contact details only with their permission. The business you refer pays our normal price and receives no referral discount.
Full Terms
Enrollment And Eligible Introductions
The referral program is free to join. Create a partner account and accept these terms before referring business. Your account records your unique partner code, link and any referring partner. Codes and links do not override eligibility checks. A referred business must be new to us and make its first paid purchase within 90 days of the registered introduction. The first registered, eligible introduction wins; a link click alone does not register an introduction. Self-referrals, related businesses and splitting one business into multiple entities are ineligible. The agency reseller program is separate and cannot be combined with these rewards.
Monthly Earnings And Two Levels
For the client's first 12 months from its first paid charge, Level 1 pays the partner who introduced the client $20 per paid month of SEO Foundation, or 15% of eligible receipts from Growth Engine, Market Dominator and other monthly services, including local SEO, ads management and CRM wiring. Level 2 pays the partner who introduced that Level 1 partner $5 per paid Foundation month, or 3% of the same eligible receipts. There are two levels only. Nothing is paid for recruiting alone. An absent second-level partner's share is not reassigned. Trials earn nothing. Annual prepayments are allocated across the covered service months, with rewards released only for delivered months; the 12-month window does not restart after cancellation or a plan change.
Eligible Receipts And The Cap
Eligible receipts are service fees actually collected, less refunds, chargebacks and actual card fees attributable to those fees. Taxes, ad spend, paid backlink costs, separately billed third-party expenses, and the $297 Fix Plan and $497 Growth Diagnostic are excluded. Discounts and account credits are not cash collected. A diagnostic credited toward a build is not counted again. Total rewards across both levels cannot exceed 20% of each client's eligible receipts for the relevant service period or project. If necessary, both rewards are reduced proportionally to meet that cap. Foundation's flat rewards are prorated for partial service months. Amounts are calculated in cents and rounded down.
Project Earnings
Website, automation and custom development projects pay Level 1 5% of eligible receipts, capped at $2,500 for the entire project, and Level 2 1%, capped at $500 for the entire project. Only collected payments for completed, client-accepted milestones qualify. Deposits do not qualify until applied to an accepted milestone. Installments, change orders and split invoices for the same project share those caps. The payout hold below also applies to projects.
When Earnings Become Payable
The first paid charge starts the 105-day hold; the free trial does not count. Eligible cash earnings are paid automatically to the connected payout account on the 15th of each month, beginning with the first 15th on or after day 105, at least 30 days after the relevant cash clears and after the covered service month or project milestone is complete. Where a 90-day ranking guarantee applies, payment also waits until 15 days after that guarantee window ends. An unresolved refund request, guarantee claim or chargeback holds the affected earnings until resolution. The hold applies to every service, but does not extend the ranking guarantee beyond Growth Engine and Market Dominator.
Refunds And Cancellation
Refunded or charged-back fees do not earn commission; partial refunds reduce the corresponding commission. For a refund or chargeback recorded within 120 days after a commission payout, the corresponding overpayment is offset against future rewards, including credits. We do not collect it by automatically charging the partner. Cancellation stops new accrual after the paid service period ends. Valid commissions already accrued remain eligible under the payout rules.
Cash Or Account Credit
The minimum payout is $50; smaller payable balances carry forward. A completed W-9 and a verified payout account are required before the first cash payout. Incomplete verification or a failed transfer keeps the balance pending; it does not erase the earnings. A partner who is also a client may choose service account credit at 100% of the cash amount, subject to the same hold and minimum. Issued credits expire after 12 months, apply only to our service fees, cannot pay third-party expenses and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash and credit are alternative ways to receive the same earnings, not two rewards.
Recommendations And Program Changes
Partners must disclose their paid relationship when recommending Savage Digital Solutions and must have permission to share an owner's contact details. Referred customers receive no referral discount. The former free Growth Diagnostic reward is retired for new introductions. We may change rates for future referrals with 30 days' written notice; registered referrals retain their agreed rates for their original earning window. The program has no 20% direct-rate step-up or credit bonus. Use your partner account to register an introduction and view earnings or payments.
